Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination or logistics preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, purchase orders, and logistics with clients and vendors to support on-time delivery.
• Provide timely status updates on orders, deliveries, and project activities.
• Maintain and distribute project documentation including meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and schedules.
• Support Project Managers with client communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up items.
• Act as day-to-day contact during active customer engagements and assist with budget tracking.
