Job summary

You will work under the guidance of experienced planners to gain exposure to engineering, procurement, and construction workflows and to maintain accurate project schedules. Under supervision, you will use Primavera P6 (or equivalent tools), gather scope and logic, update schedule activities,

Qualifications

• Entry-level role in project controls and scheduling.
• Proactive learner with basic scheduling concepts.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar tools preferred.
• Willingness to learn EPC workflows (engineering, procurement, construction).

Responsibilities

• Assist development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Enter data, update durations and logic relationships.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedule info.
• Track schedule progress and identify variances.
• Prepare short-term lookahead schedules and basic reports.
• Support schedule checks for data accuracy and consistency.
• Document discussions and action items from review meetings.
