Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process applications for state assistance programs.

• Maintain accurate case records to support eligibility decisions.
• Ensure timely processing and follow-up for required documentation.
• Assist in monitoring ongoing eligibility and renewal processes.
• Provide clear communication to applicants regarding eligibility and status.
• Assist clients in completing forms and gathering documentation.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve eligibility concerns.
• Educate applicants on available resources and services.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations in eligibility determinations.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate cases as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive applicant data.
• Prepare reports and summaries for internal review and audits.
