Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring ongoing eligibility and renewal processes.
• Provide clear communication on eligibility requirements and program benefits.
• Protect confidentiality and comply with state privacy laws.
• Prepare reports and summaries for internal review and audits.
