Valcor Engineering Corporation seeks an Entry‑Level Product Engineer to support manufacturing and aerospace operations by helping optimize processes, troubleshoot production, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role suits a recent engineering graduate aiming to gain hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment and develop technical and analytical skills.

Key activities include assembling and testing aerospace valves, analyzing production data, and documenting SOPs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related).
• Internship/co-op/project experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and processes.
• Willingness to learn and work hands-on on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test Aerospace valves.
• Assist in daily production process execution, monitoring, and improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and report production data (efficiency, yield, downtime, scrap).
• Support troubleshooting of equipment and process issues.
• Document SOPs, work instructions, and process flows.
• Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen projects.
