Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Finishing Line Team Member for its powder coat finishing line in Altoona, WI. You will help in the powder coating process on a fast-paced assembly-line, with no experience required and on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities include racking parts, labeling, packaging to customer specs, and maintaining quality checks while keeping a safe, clean work environment. Competitive starting pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful, but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and twist; regularly able to lift up to 75 pounds and up to 110 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Racking and un-racking parts.
• Applies labels to product per customer specifications.
• Packages parts to specific customer specifications.
• Maintain individual quality checks.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.
• Operate packaging machines, industrial glue guns, staple guns, and foam machines.
