Job summary

Powder Coating Company is seeking a Production line laborer to load and unload products on the line for powder coating. You will operate hand tools, power tools, and assist with the coating line while following safety protocols.

This in-person role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced facility, with opportunities to learn manufacturing processes, packaging, and material movement. A can-do attitude, willingness to work overtime on Saturdays, and steel-toed boots are required.

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Hand and power tool experience is advantageous.
• Forklift operation is desirable; certification is a plus.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading products from the line.
• Operate hand tools and power tools to prepare products for coating.
• Move materials around the facility using warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the manufacturing area.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
