Job summary

Lippert in Brandon, SD seeks a Powder Line Associate to support powder coating/paint operations. You will work on an assembly line, hang/unhang parts, powder coat, oven bake, and package finished goods under supervision.

Requirements include reading blueprints, operating machinery, and basic math; HS diploma preferred; 1st shift Mon-Thu 5am-3:30pm with some Fridays. Standing and manual handling of up to 50 lbs. EVerify required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Maintain clean and organized work space.
• Ability to work and handle multiple job assignments.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and communicate with co-workers.
• Set up, run, and operate machinery.
• Counting to maintain accurate tracking system.
• Report any equipment issues to department lead.
• Periodically perform quality checks.
• Use equipment such as pallets, hooks, bins and pallet jacks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
