Job summary

Lippert in Brandon, South Dakota is seeking a Powder Line Associate to support the powder coating and paint process on an assembly line. You will unhang parts, powder coat, bake, and convey to packaging, then assist with packing finished goods.

You will read blueprints, set up and run equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean workspace while collaborating with a team to hit production goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Maintain clean and organized work space.
• Ability to work and handle multiple job assignments.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and communicate with co-workers.
• Set up, run, and operate machinery.
• Count items to maintain accurate tracking.
• Report equipment issues to department Lead.
• Perform periodic quality checks.
• Operate racking fixtures, hooks, bins and pallet jacks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
