Lippert is seeking a Finishing Line Team Member to join our Powder Coat operation. This role supports powder coating, labeling, packaging, quality checks, and safety compliance in a fast-paced plant environment.

Experience is not required; basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds are needed. Lippert offers a starting pay of $20 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis and up to 110 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Racking and un-racking parts.
• Applies labels to product per customer specifications.
• Packages parts to specific customer specifications.
• Maintains individual quality checks.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor and management.
• Operates packaging machines, industrial glue guns, industrial staple guns, and industrial foam machines.
