Globe Life AO is seeking an Entry-Level Policyholder Engagement Rep to join a fully remote, home-based team in the United States. You will support clients who request information on benefit programs, conduct virtual consultations, and guide customers through available options while delivering excellent service.

No prior industry experience is required; comprehensive onboarding, training, and leadership development are provided to help you succeed in a mentorship-driven environment.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States

Provide your own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace

Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings

Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities

Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
