Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review newly issued state licenses to ensure they were issued correctly and contain accurate information.
• Monitor submitted license applications and identify deficiencies, requests for additional information, and other issues.
• Work directly with state boards, departments, and government officials to resolve application problems.
• Identify changes that may impact existing or future licenses.
• Research new requirements and determine what action may be needed.
• Communicate regulatory changes to the appropriate team members and assist with implementing necessary updates.
• Maintain detailed records, deadlines, and follow-up items.
• Assist other team members with various regulatory and licensing projects.
• Take ownership of assigned issues and follow them through to completion.
