BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to care for clients in Massachusetts, including Methuen, Lawrence, North Andover, Merrimac, and Georgetown. Immediate openings offer consistent work and the chance to give back to your community.

As a PCA you will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, vital signs, meals, and medication reminders. BAYADA provides free training, weekly pay, mentorship, scholarships, PTO, 24/7 clinical support, and a stable employer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of the Free Pre-Hire 60 Hour Personal Care Training Course.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Perform range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home management tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
