Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, or military experience allowed).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serving as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that establish trust from the initial engagement and strengthen ongoing relationships.
• Balances client needs with sound judgment, policy adherence, and risk awareness to ensure compliant and responsible outcomes.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and support financial wellbeing.
• Advocates for clients by demonstrating empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective in all interactions.
