Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a frontline banking associate in Philadelphia, PA, to deliver everyday banking and basic consumer account services. You will be the hospitality ambassador, guiding clients through transactions while identifying needs and connecting them with appropriate partners.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years in client-facing roles, and solid communication and organizational skills. Evening/weekend availability and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust from initial engagement.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and support financial well‑being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with sound judgement, policy adherence, and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients by demonstrating empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective.
