Job summary

Dent Wizard seeks an entry-level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. No experience needed—comprehensive paid training is provided, with travel and lodging included as you move from training to commission-based earnings.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour, with long-term earning potential of $60,000–$150,000+ as you build your customer base and advance. Join our growing team and service a variety of vehicles across locations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
