Job summary

Dent Wizard is hiring an Entry-Level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. No experience needed—the role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to repair dents on a variety of vehicles at customer sites or on-site.

Starting pay is $23.10 per hour with unlimited, uncapped earning potential through commission, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will build customer relationships, travel to locations, and grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair dents using Dent Wizard’s PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
