Job summary

Dent Wizard, a national leader in automotive reconditioning, is hiring an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with no experience required. Training is paid and includes 6 weeks of hands-on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging.

The role offers unlimited earning potential, a starting wage of $21.00/hour plus commissions after training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills for client interaction.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents using Dent Wizard’s PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
