Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair Technician with no prior experience. Training is paid for six weeks; after training, compensation blends hourly pay and commission as you build a customer base. The role involves traveling to customer sites or fixing dents at assigned locations using the company’s PDR process.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour. There is uncapped earning potential with commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training (6 weeks) and travel included.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
