Under the Payroll Lead, you will answer employee questions, monitor submissions, resolve basic timekeeping problems, and maintain confidential payroll

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for contract employees needing assistance with ADP Time & Attendance.
• Assist employees with questions related to entering, reviewing, correcting, and submitting timecards.
• Monitor timecard submissions and follow up with employees regarding missing, incomplete, or inaccurate time entries.
• Maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping records and documentation.
• Support payroll deadlines by helping ensure required timekeeping information is received and complete.
