Responsibilities include using the patron management software to sell tickets, answer calls and emails, assist front-of-house staff, handle seating issues, and maintain the theatre's appearance. Flexible afternoon/evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash register operation and keeping accurate financial records preferred.
• Experience in a customer service position preferred.
• Bilingual applicants desired.
• Graduation from an accredited high school or its equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests a positive first impression with superior patron services.
• Sell tickets and maintain patron database using the box office software.
• Answer phone, voicemail, and email professionally.
• Provide patrons with information on Grand activities and opportunities.
• Multi-task during shows to assist front-of-house staff.
• Handle minor customer service issues such as seating and ticket errors.
• Maintain theatre appearance and presentation.
• Participate in training and follow box office policy.
