Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and assists with unit coordination.
• Documents vital signs, I&O, medications, and treatments in the EMR.
• Participates in quality and patient safety initiatives and hourly rounding.
• Aids in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintains a clean, orderly patient environment and communicates effectively.
