Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computers and desktop software packages.

Responsibilities

• Link patient experience between PACT and practice site using policies and procedures.
• Assist inbound callers and make outbound calls as needed; provide follow-up.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to online applications and access.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate cancellations/reschedules, and collect demographics and insurance data.
• Update medical records and verify insurance coverage; ensure data accuracy.
• Route calls for triage to RN when needed and manage urgent situations per guidelines.
• Provide customer service per departmental standards and document interactions.
