Trucare in Bermuda Dunes is seeking an entry-level Appointment Setter to join our team on-site. This full-time role offers a chance to start a career in health care by facilitating patient access and coordinating appointments.

Competenze

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments accurately
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Verify patient information and insurance details prior to scheduling
• Maintain accurate records in the scheduling system
• Coordinate with staff to manage provider availability
• Send appointment reminders and follow up on missed or pending appointments
• Address patient questions and direct complex concerns to the appropriate department
• Maintain patient confidentiality per privacy standards
• Support front office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
