• ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical competence for department protocols.
• Prioritize and schedule exams efficiently.
• Coordinate exams with medical staff, offices and patients.
• Educate patients and families about procedures; transport as needed.
• Perform ultrasound exams per related protocols and timelines.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes.
• Document exam results and related information accurately.
• Mentor caregivers and students on equipment and technique.
