Job summary

LHH is partnering with a well-established legal services organization in Pittsburgh, PA to hire several entry-level paralegals for a temporary opportunity. Training will be provided and no prior immigration or paralegal experience is required.

Responsibilities include preparing and filing legal documents, organizing documentation, maintaining case records, and supporting attorneys. The role offers a hybrid work schedule after onboarding and a benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Associate/Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in administrative support or law firm is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word and Excel.

Pittsburgh, PA | Temp to Hire | Full-Time Pay: $20.00/hour

LHH is partnering with a well-established legal services organization to hire several Entry-Level Paralegals for a temporary opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, administrative professionals, customer service representatives, or individuals looking to start a career in the legal field.

No prior immigration or paralegal experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents and petitions
  • Gather, organize, and review supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate records within case management systems
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assignments
  • Compile and organize data for reporting purposes

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • $20.00 per hour
