AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Paralegal for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. The role supports a busy legal team handling Estate Planning and Probate, Civil Litigation, Land Use, Family Law, and Personal Injury.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced, multi-practice environment.
• Strong knowledge of Washington State court system and filing requirements.
• Ability to manage high-volume case files from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain litigation files, pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery documents, subpoenas, notices, and related legal documents.
• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, discovery schedules, hearings, and trial preparation activities.
• Coordinate e-filing, service of process, and document filing across Washington State courts and county systems.
• Support attorneys with trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and evidence files.
• Review, summarize, and organize medical and financial records and other case-related documents.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, vendors, and third parties while maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal Paralegal will bring strong knowledge of the Washington State court system, county-specific filing requirements, and civil litigation procedures, along with the ability to manage high-volume case files from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain litigation files, pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery documents, subpoenas, notices, and related legal documents.
• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, discovery schedules, statutory requirements, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation activities.
• Coordinate e-filing, service of process, and legal document filing across Washington State courts and county court systems.
• Support attorneys with trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, evidence files, document indexes, and courtroom preparation.
• Review, summarize, and organize medical records, financial records, evidence, and other case-related documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, vendors, and third parties while maintaining confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 per year.
• Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Location: Seattle, WA.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, we offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and any statutory sick pay where required.
