Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with both field-based and classroom-style training, including sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training, expect 80-100% travel with overnight stays. After completing the program, you will relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, selling automotive software, marketing services, forms, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom training.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training to become a Sales Professional.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Aim to meet designated monthly and annual quotas.
