Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive fiber internet sales in the Sebring region. You will represent Omni Fiber at customers' doors, presenting internet, voice, and TV services while building relationships and hitting monthly targets.

No prior sales experience? We provide hands-on training and support to set you up for success from day one. The role covers Columbiana, Dover, Leetonia, Louisville, New Philadelphia, Salem, Sebring, Strasburg, and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance policy as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, mobile phones).
• Personal vehicle required; IRS mileage reimbursement applies.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
