Job summary

Omni Fiber is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to own the Uniontown region and drive growth for our fiber internet services. You'll connect with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home consultations, presenting the value of high-speed internet, voice, and TV offerings.

No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. In this role you will manage your territory, build relationships with customers, and consistently strive to exceed monthly targets

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by state law.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers.

Responsibilities

  • Door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations to homeowners.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals in the assigned territory.
  • Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
  • Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
