Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an ambitious, entry‑level outside sales professional to grow a dedicated territory in the Tulsa area. You will train in a direct sales role promoting supplemental insurance products, meeting business owners and decision-makers, and building a client portfolio.

This position emphasizes independence, ongoing training, and clear advancement paths. Responsibilities include lead generation, schedule management, client meetings, and accurate activity tracking.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) — study course provided and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates with related sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads using Salesforce CRM.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with owners and decision-makers to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly goals.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and report to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
• Conduct product presentations for groups of 50–100+.
