Job summary

Omni Fiber is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for the Upper Sandusky region. You will prospect homeowners door-to-door, present Omni Fiber's high-speed internet and services, and grow the customer base in Bucyrus, Crestline, Mt Gilead, New Washington, Shelby, Tiffin, Upper Sandusky and surrounding areas.

No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and growth

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards
