Job summary

Omni Fiber seeks an Outside Sales Representative for the Tiffin region to drive home-based fiber internet, voice, and TV sales. You will own your territory, engage homeowners face-to-face, and grow the customer base across Bucyrus, Crestline, Mt Gilead, New Washington, Shelby, Tiffin, Upper Sandusky, and surrounding areas.

No prior sales experience? Training is provided to set you up for success from day one, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM and strong earning potential through

Qualifications

  • Quota-driven sales role with monthly targets.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, phones).
  • Use of a personal vehicle; IRS mileage reimbursement policy.

Responsibilities

  • Door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
  • Communicate value of Omni Fiber services (internet, voice, TV).
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in territory.
  • Represent Omni Fiber professionally and ethically.
