Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional in Kentucky. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop relationships with business owners and HR leaders, delivering personalized insurance solutions.

You will use Salesforce to generate leads, schedule client meetings, and present plans. A driver's license and an active producer license (or willingness to obtain) are required, with strong talk-track and time-management

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
