Job summary

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state of employment.
• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically competent nursing care under supervision to dialysis patients.
• Assess and document patient data during pre-dialysis, dialysis, and post-dialysis.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and care plans.
• Administer medications per protocol and monitor effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
