Job summary

Denver Health is seeking an Outpatient Pharmacy Technician I to join the Pena FHC Pharmacy team. Under a pharmacist's supervision, you will perform entry-level, essential duties such as medication preparation and dispensing, inventory control, and basic computer system operations.

Requires a pharmacy technician training program and CPHT/PHAT licensing. The role is 0.6 FTE with a pay range of $21.23–$29.72 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program preferred
• Less than 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician preferred
• CPHT Certification required
• PHAT license required

Responsibilities

• Fills and dispenses medications under supervision
• Triages questions outside scope to pharmacist or supervisor
• Ensures adequate supplies and operates pharmacy equipment
