Responsibilities include ADM management, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and inventory audits to remove and replace expired items. Eligibility requires a Colorado PHAT and PTCB/CPhT certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Colorado Board of Pharmacy PHAT certification required.
• PTCB or equivalent CPhT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-of-scope pharmacy support following evidence-based protocols.
• Manage Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) to ensure unit-specific meds are safely available.
• Conduct audits of medication inventory and replace expired items.

Education
