Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn several production rotations and core plant business functions.
• Shadow position-specific roles to complete each rotation.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily functions.
• Attend plant meetings for increased understanding.
• Read publications about the print and manufacturing industries.
