This full-time, entry-level role offers a 12-month training program to prepare candidates for operational leadership positions in manufacturing. Qualifications

• Prior internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• Motivated to succeed and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Learn several production rotations and core plant business functions.
• Shadow and perform position-specific roles as part of training.
• Assist Plant Leaders in everyday functions as learning opportunities arise.

Strong computer skills including Word and Excel

Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Written and verbal communication prowess

Excellent customer service skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, IT, marketing, finance or related fields
