Job summary

RRD is seeking an Operations Associate for a twelve‑month, entry‑level Leadership Development program in Las Vegas. This full‑time role trains across manufacturing facilities, covering core functions from production and logistics to finance and HR.

Cohort starts February 2027 and includes hands-on rotations and leadership exposure. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with strong computer skills in Word and Excel, and a motivation to grow in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance or related fields or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn production rotations across manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, HR, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and perform them during rotations.
• Support Plant Leaders in daily facility operations.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Read industry publications to enhance understanding of print and manufacturing.

Education
