Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to innovate, including AI in processes.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform admitting duties for all hospital patients and ensure compliance.
• Assign MRNs, verify insurance, collect demographics, and process orders.
• Explain and obtain signatures on consent forms; educate patients.
• Screen for medical necessity using ABN software and manage POS collections.
• Audit accounts and support POS/billing with accurate data.
