J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Nights Billing Representative I in Arkansas to support billing operations under close supervision. You will compile and code documents, prepare invoices, and keep records while monitoring detention events and ensuring accurate transaction entries.

The role emphasizes administrative duties with occasional bonuses and a focus on professional communication. The position runs on the Friday–Monday or Thursday–Sunday night shifts in Lowell, AR.

Qualifications

• 1 year or less experience in an administrative, business, or financial role.
• Ability to act professionally.
• Ability to be both flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to collect documentation for invoicing, inputting, and processing transactions into billing systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address billing questions, elevate issues, & resolve basic problems
• Answer external customer billing questions and troubleshoot billing issues
• Understand contract implications and implement invoicing in compliance with customers needs
• Prepare billing information and verify any changes to support an accurate and efficient billing process
• Distribute/Track outgoing correspondence to external customers for return compliance and authorization
• Understand and executive administrative procedures, policies, and practices
