Qualifications

• 1 year or less experience in an administrative, business, or financial role.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to collect documentation for invoicing.
• Input, process transactions, and code documents in billing systems.
• Answer external customer billing questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Understand contract implications and ensure invoicing compliance with customer needs.
• Prepare and verify billing information; support accurate and efficient processes.
• Distribute/track outgoing correspondence to external customers for compliance and authorization.
