Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to collect documentation for invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address billing questions, escalate issues, and resolve basic problems.
• Answer external customer billing questions and troubleshoot billing issues.
• Understand contract implications and implement invoicing in line with customer needs.
• Prepare billing information and verify changes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Distribute and track outgoing correspondence to external customers for return compliance and authorization.
