Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• OR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 100% and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery.
• Communicate monitoring information to the surgeon and team.
• Label and analyze waveforms to calculate latencies and conduction times.
• Troubleshoot to ensure accurate data collection.
• Complete documentation and maintain IOM logs.
• Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform maintenance checks.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate professional conduct in all interactions.
• Support training and career development initiatives.
