Job summary

NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., is seeking an Entry Level Associate Neurophysiologist in New Haven, CT. The role provides intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgeries and offers full training.

This field-based position requires travel up to 25% and opportunities for career development in a collaborative surgical team. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and CNIM eligibility, with knowledge of IONM and anatomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; no prior professional experience required.
• CNIM eligibility via ABRET pathway (Bachelors, R EEG T, R EP T, or program graduate).
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and anatomy/ physiology preferred.
• Operating Room (OR) experience and travel flexibility are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a detailed medical history and consult with the surgeon on monitoring plan.
• Communicate monitoring information to surgeon and surgical team during the case.
• Display and label waveforms, measure latencies, amplitudes and conduction times per guidelines.
• Identify protocols and perform troubleshooting to ensure accurate data.
• Complete all required documentation and maintain IOM logs and files.
• Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform maintenance checks.
