Job summary

Risewell Homes in Dallas, TX is seeking an entry-level Neighborhood Sales Assistant to support daily sales office operations across communities. You will work closely with Neighborhood Sales Counselors to learn the full sales process through model homes, contracts, and escrow calls.

Responsibilities include guiding prospects in HubSpot, presenting models, and assisting buyers through selections and closings, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Valid Real Estate License (as applicable by State).
• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
• Proficient with computers and software such as Outlook, HubSpot, Word, Excel; ability to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of homebuilding or residential real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete all tasks in the Sales Associate training program under mentors.
• Greet and register prospects in HubSpot CRM, guide them through model homes and community tours, and deliver presentations using the company’s sales process.
• Proactively generates traffic through calls, social media, events, and realtor outreach; follow up on leads and maintain communications.
• Assist Sales Counselors in servicing the sale, including buyer selections, deposits, loan approvals, orientations, and walk-throughs; maintain contact with buyers throughout construction.
• Support realtor engagement by providing current inventory info and tracking traffic; conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Help prepare weekly reports and maintain accurate records; support general sales office functions.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Foster strong cross-functional communication and participate in team goals and growth.
