Job summary

Risewell Homes is hiring an entry-level Neighborhood Sales Assistant to gain hands-on experience in new home sales and construction. You will work closely with Neighborhood Sales Counselors, support daily sales office operations, and participate in model home tours and community events.

You will learn the full sales process, assist with buyer selections and deposits, and help maintain prospect relationships as homes move from contract to construction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Real Estate License (as applicable by state).
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
• Proficient with computers and software such as Outlook, HubSpot, Word, Excel; ability to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of homebuilding or residential real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned tasks in the Sales Associate training program under the guidance of mentors.
• Greet and register prospects in HubSpot CRM, guide them through model homes and tours, and deliver presentations.
• Proactively generates traffic through calls, social media, events, and realtor outreach; follow up on leads.
• Assist Sales Counselors in servicing the sale, including buyer selections, deposits, and closings; maintain contact with buyers during construction.
• Support realtor engagement by providing inventory info and tracking traffic; conduct market research and pricing awareness.
• Help prepare weekly reports and maintain records; support sales office functions and updates.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity; foster cross-functional communication.
