Apave America Inc. is seeking full-time NDT/RT Assistants for positions near Robinson, IL. Entry-level role with training to become a Certified Technician; TWIC Card required and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

You will assist certified technicians, set up testing equipment, perform basic inspections, collect data, and maintain documentation while learning UT, RT, MT, and PT methods in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Possession of TWIC Card required.
• Pre-employment background checks required.
• 40hr Radiation Safety Training is an asset.
• Radiographer state card is an asset.
• NDT training/experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate NDT equipment under supervision.
• Prepare test areas and perform basic inspections.
• Collect data and record test results.
• Interpret initial results and flag areas for further evaluation.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports.
• Adhere to safety protocols during testing.
• Participate in training to learn NDT methods.
