Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and general maintenance skills required.
• Basic computer skills to manage work orders and documentation.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to complete repairs and make units move-in ready per BH standards.
• Completes maintenance requests and upkeep, including exterior grounds and common areas, with HVAC troubleshooting as needed.
• Identifies and reports hazardous conditions to the Community/Service Manager.
• Supports preventive maintenance programs and documents activities.
• Maintains and secures property-issued tools.
• Posts notices to vacate and communicates with residents as applicable.
• Shares on-call duties, including inclement weather, with the maintenance team.
• Responds to resident requests in line with company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to OSHA and safety requirements.
